You may request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer rights.

To start a return, email us at support@adelyra.com   with your order number and reason for the return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items bought on sale or during promotions are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty or damaged.

Products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

After inspection and approval, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
