Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your order in real time.

Mossava is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly. We will provide assistance where possible.
